The Security Deposit ($300 - $500) is
required to reserve a rental. The rent & tax is due in full on
arrival. |

All deposits are to be in U.S. Funds.

TOTAL RENTS are to be PAID IN FULL upon arrival. Only MONEY
ORDERS, TRAVELERS CHECKS, CASHIERS CHECKS and CASH will be accepted. |

If you must cancel your reservation, or any portion of your
rental period, your Security Deposit is non-refundable UNLESS the
property is re-rented for the same time period. |

If you are unable to arrive during normal business hours, total
rents must be paid IN ADVANCE and keys will be left on the front
door of Green Real Estate (9906 Gulf Drive) awaiting your arrival.
Keys WILL NOT be left without prior payment! |

A 10.5% Resort Tax must be added UNLESS your stay is for MORE than
6 months. |

There will be a $300 - $500 Security Deposit required,
depending on the property, and is REFUNDABLE (via mail) if no damage
or excessive cleaning is incurred. |

All telephones have a long distance block. If you wish to make
long distance calls, you will need a calling or credit card. |

If you plan to bring a pet, there is a $200 NON-REFUNDABLE pet
charge. This applies only to the few properties that allow pets.

Kitchens are adequately equipped for your vacation. If you
require individualized special items, please bring them with you or
you may purchase them here for your personal use. |

A Whelen Strobe Smoke Alarm is available for the hearing
impaired. An additional $300 deposit is required if you wish to use
this alarm. |

Rents are subject to change without notice.
However, if you have already made a reservation and your deposit has
been received, your rent will stay the same for that particular
rental period.

In
the event property should be sold, occupied by owner, damaged or destroyed,
your security deposit will be promptly refunded and/or we will attempt to
help you secure an alternate rental.
